  1. Diamond Purchase Requirement:

Prior to initiating any custom setting or applying any promotions, it is mandatory that the diamond in question has been purchased from Instinct Jewellers.

  1. Custom Setting Eligibility:

Only diamonds meeting the requirement stated in section 1 above are eligible for custom setting services. Instinct Jewellers reserves the right to refuse custom setting requests for diamonds not meeting this criterion.

  1. Promotion Application Limitation:

Any promotions offered by Instinct Jewellers can only be applied to purchases that setting and diamond have been acquired from Instinct Jewellers as per the requirement specified in section 1. Diamonds obtained elsewhere are not eligible for promotional benefits.
