Thank you for choosing Instinct Jewellers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.

Please note that purchasing a diamond on our site does not instantly guarantee that the diamond you have selected will be purchased. Since we are viewing these diamonds on the world market, there is a chance that the diamond may be sold before we are able to make the purchase request on our end.

If this happens, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement diamond for you. We will contact you to discuss the available options and obtain your approval before proceeding with the purchase of the replacement stone.

We also want to remind you that diamonds may have inclusions, blemishes or other imperfections. We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images to help you make an informed decision, but please understand that there may be variations in color, clarity, and cut.

By making a purchase from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns and are uncertain about a diamond, please contact us before making your purchase.

Once your order is completed, the delivery times for our finely crafted jewellery are as follows:

Australia: 1-3 business days New Zealand: 3-4 business days USA: 4-6 business days Rest of the world: 5-6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific item you order. As all our jewellery is made to order, most items will be dispatched within 8 weeks.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING 

Please note it is up to the customer to provide accurate shipping address details, any loss due to incorrect mailing addresses on the customers behalf with not be covered by instinct jewellers. 

Australia wide

All orders that are based in Australia will be sent via Australia post express service.

Once your piece of jewellery is completed and ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Outside Australia

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to customers around the world. Please note that additional fees may apply, including customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Method: We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping insurance

All orders are complimentary fully insured to protect against loss or damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can assist.
